Theodore Learnard Badger (TLB), was Clinical Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School (HMS) and Chairman of the Cardiopulmonary Unit at New England Deaconess Hospital, and specialized in the study and treatment of bronchopulmonary diseases, especially tuberculosis.
